Q.

What does "Sell Your Medical Bill®" and "Buy My Medical Bill®" mean?
 

A.

Instead of paying the hospital or doctor the full price listed on the medical bill, you would pay Vexical® a lesser amount - Vexical® is then responsible for payment of the entire medical bill.  Your payment duties have been fulfilled.  So to "Sell Your Medical Bill" or Buy My Medical Bill" means to transfer the responsibility for payment of your medical bill to Vexical® at a price lower than that listed on the medical bill.

      Example: If you had an $800 medical bill and you sold it to Vexical for $500, you made a $300 profit.
     That is the essence of "Sell Your Medical Bill" or "Buy My Medical Billing."

 

Q.

Why would Vexical agree to assuem the responsiblityh for my medical bills at a price less than billed by the doctor/hospital?
 

A.

Below is the type of error that allows Vexical® to assume your medical debt.  Based on the insurance company’s statement, the patient believes they owe the provider $3,793.00.  The error found is that the $1,199.99 contractual discount was not subtracted from the doctor/facility charges, but it was in fact added to the     doctor/facility charges thereby falsely increasing the amount the patient thought they owed.

I need assistance in paying my bills, what do I do?
 

A.

There are resources available to you.  They include:

Can Vexical® arrange a loan or financing so I may pay the bill over time (monthly)?
 

A.

  Vexical® does not offer loans and only recommends taking a loan in specific situations.  Your best option is borrowing from friends and family.  If you are in a situation where you must resolve the medical bill to save your credit rating but don't have the money, Vexical® would suggest the introductory credit cards with 0% APR for the six to twelve months - this assumes you will be able to pay it off thereby avoiding the credit card interest fees.

May I try and reduce or negotiate my own medical bill?
 

A. 

Yes.  Many people work to have their medical bill reduced or lowered by negotiating with their provider.  Prior to attempting this yourself you would be wise to consider the following prior to determining whether to try this yourself or seek the services offered by Vexical:
    a) If you reviewed your medical bill and are comfortable with it, simply pay the bill.  Or ask your provider
        for a reduction, then pay the bill.  Then again, if you are comfortable with the bill then you probably
        would not be reading this.
    b) Will the reduction you obtain be greater that that offered by Vexical?  Please understand that if
        you have tried to work with the provider, Vexical may not accept the bill.
    c) Some people do not want to ask the provider for a reduction for they fear the doctor will not
        treatment as well the next time they need medical care.  This is, at times, the reason people chose
        to use Vexical.
    d) Do you have the time to work with the hospital/doctor's office to have the bill reduced?
    e) Many providers refuse to lower bills.
     f) Do you have the money to pay the bill in full?
